This privacy policy applies to Planet Colonies, an Android game developed and published by Creative Stratus Studio Ltd.
We have kept the game's use of personal information deliberately limited. Planet Colonies does not require a player account, and Creative Stratus Studio Ltd does not operate a database containing Planet Colonies player profiles or personal information.
The game does, however, use third-party services provided by Google for advertising and in-app purchases. These services may process information as part of providing their functionality.
Planet Colonies does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number or other personal details in order to play.
There is currently no Planet Colonies account or login system, and Creative Stratus Studio Ltd does not maintain a database of player profiles.
Game progress and settings are not used by Creative Stratus Studio Ltd to create personal advertising or player profiles.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, settings and records of completed purchases are saved only on your device. Creative Stratus Studio Ltd does not receive this information. It is deleted if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Planet Colonies uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may process information about your device and your interaction with advertisements. Depending on your location and the choices you make through Google's advertising consent system, advertisements may be personalised or non-personalised.
Where consent is required, the game provides access to Google's advertising consent controls so that you can make the privacy choices available to you.
Planet Colonies uses both rewarded and interstitial advertising.
Rewarded advertisements are optional. A player may choose to watch an advertisement in return for the in-game reward shown before the advertisement is started.
Interstitial advertisements may occasionally be displayed during normal gameplay and do not provide an in-game reward.
Google is responsible for information it processes through its advertising services and provides its own privacy information and controls.

Planet Colonies offers an optional Remove Ads in-app purchase.
The advertisements removed by this purchase are described within the game at the point of purchase.
In-app purchases are processed through Google Play.
Planet Colonies uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases.
Creative Stratus Studio Ltd does not receive or store a player's full payment card or banking details. Payment processing is handled by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policies.
The game may receive information necessary to verify that a purchase has been successfully completed and to provide the purchased item or feature.
Planet Colonies does not currently use a separate analytics or crash-reporting service operated by Creative Stratus Studio Ltd.
Services provided by Google, including AdMob and Google Play, may process diagnostic, usage, device or service-related information as part of providing their services.
Planet Colonies is intended for players aged 13 and over.
Creative Stratus Studio Ltd does not knowingly ask players to provide personal information directly through the game.
