Game and cloud-save information: We may process game progress, settings, achievements, virtual currency balances, purchases, unlocked content and other gameplay information where necessary to provide game functionality, synchronisation or cloud saves.

Device and technical information: The Game and services used by the Game may process information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, device or installation identifiers, IP address and technical diagnostic information.

Gameplay and analytics information: We may collect information about how the Game is used, such as gameplay events, sessions, feature usage and performance information. This information may be used to understand how the Game is used and to improve its performance, balance and features.

Crash and diagnostic information: If crash reporting or diagnostic services are enabled, technical information relating to crashes, errors and device performance may be processed to identify and fix problems with the Game.

3. In-App Purchases

City Founders: Farm & Forge may offer optional purchases, including purchases of virtual currency such as gems.

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. Creative Stratus does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details.

We may receive information necessary to confirm and manage a purchase, such as the product purchased, transaction or purchase identifiers, purchase status and related information.

Purchase information may also be used for fraud prevention, customer support, refunds and maintaining the correct balance of purchased virtual items.

4. Advertising

The Game may display advertisements using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, interactions with advertisements and other information necessary to deliver and measure advertising.

Where applicable law requires consent for advertising technologies, personalised advertising or associated tracking, we will request that consent before using such information for those purposes.

Users will be provided with appropriate controls where required by applicable law.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use analytics and crash-reporting services, including services provided by Google Firebase, to understand Game usage, measure performance, identify crashes and errors, and improve the Game.

These services may process device and installation identifiers, app and device information, usage events, crash information and diagnostic information.
